Back in 2001 Brian Lafrenier created Coastal Concierge, LLC. to bring professional personal assistant services, in the style of the award winning hotels he had previously worked for, to the local resort towns on the Jersey shore where he lived.

Just as immediately as the success of the errand running and modified house sitting services, service requests grew in the direction of assisting homeowners in the area of property management. Currently, Brian Lafrenier is pursuing certified designations in property management by the industry standards setting organization Institute of Property Management (IREM). Showcase Properties, Jersey Shore exists to assist condominium and homeowner associations and single-family homeowners here at the New Jersey shore in the area of professional property management.
